Good

The place is nice but lack of.maintenance.. the hotel mention about Spa. But the spa does not working at all. The only one they have is pijat. Wedani is super nice and super good massager. She should get raise salary for her excellent job. I recommend her to any guess who wanna try bali massage in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very far from everything and the entrance street is dark. No light at all. It is not safe to walk around. You need transportation to go to Kuta, segara.

Great, convenient and comfortable.

I booked this hotel the evening I landed in Bali and checked in 10 minutes later. The hotel is close to the airport and it's perfect if you are looking for convenience. Staff were really kind and helpful. Room was nice and had a big bathroom/shower.

It’s good for a transit stay so you can lock your luggage and explore Kuta

I would not stay here for a night or longer than just a day as it’s worn down, not super clean but it’s also cheap so I didn’t expect anything besides what I experienced

The staff appeared nice but the hotel is definitely not worth the stay. I’m very sorry for my not so nice review

We purely stayed at this hotel as it was supposedly very close to airport and only needed to waste about 8 hours after our resort check out and our late flight back to Sydney. The photos on Booking.com are totally wrong. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was mislead by what I saw & feel I need to say something.

The hotel at first glance looks like it’s not even functioning as a hotel. The pool had tiles on the floor that were broken and just sitting on the floor. The pool ladder steps were all wobbly. The fountain was all crumbled looked like a ruin & doesn’t look like it’s worked in years. There is NO free shuttle to the airport and hasn’t been since covid so I was told so then I had to get my driver back to take us to airport later that night. The air con struggled to work. The shower nozzle barely sprayed in 1 shower. The other toilet didn’t flush and found the water to toilet was turned off when turned back on it started to leak I guess that’s why it was off. For the price I paid $185 for a 2 room 1 night stay 8 hours) was definitely not worth it. I travel quite a lot and I read reviews prior to booking but I didn’t read any about this hotel. I’m yet to I don’t have any photos to add as I felt that there was nothing to take photos of

Wouldn’t stay again.

Close to the Airport - not close enough to walk but a cheap grab to Airport. Cheap for a transit room before going away.

No hot water at all, not worth it if you need a shower before flying. The room smelled like bad air conditioning and mould. Bedding and towels are stained. Not close to any decent food places.

Breakfast was Oky. I just like that is near by the airport.

The room is not clean properly. I told the staff to change my room and they helped me but others rooms also very dirty. Specially bathrooms are dirty, too smelly. And in side room dont have too much facilities

Quiet, nice place. Super friendly staff. Price. Close to everything.

Great hospitality, very friendly staff. Very welcoming. When i booked hotel there was a buffet but there wasn't. It was a set menu of one dish. American, noodle or rice. Room didn't look anything like picture and very dusty. Lots of leaking from toilet. Only half the lights in room worked. A bit run down. No bar. But this is not there fault because is what what booking.com described not them. False advertising by booking.com. I won't book with booking.com ever again. But thanks to Radiant hotel and staff. You great, wonderful people. A positive experience.

Excellent Room & Pool

They upgraded our room and the staff was super kind. I loved the pool and the size of room and bed was very nice.

The bathroom wasn't my favorite. It was not great location for walking, I recommend taking a taxi. The restaurant was closed.
